  I had a Lone Ranger 60 litre fuel tank fitted to our NT Pajero back in2013 by an authorised fitter. Over time it became evident that the passage of fuel from this tank to the front tank was getting slower and slower. I put up with this for years until May this year (the 2nd) I rocked into the Lone Ranger workshop behind Out of Town 4WD. Ric Black whom I had originally spoken with, greeted me and introduced me to Mal who would be working on my tank. I mentioned to Ric I had all the relevant paper work and his comment: "Don't worry about that Alan, we're here to fix the problem." I like that. It didn't take them long to find the problem--a kinked fuel hose was restricting the flow. Mal replaced the crook hose with a longer and better fitted one, and 'walla', the fuel immediately started pouring (and I mean pouring) from the rear tank into the front one. The whole job was done in less than an hour, with Ric suggesting I hang around our truck to see what was being done and in case they needed me to answer or suggest questions. This was brilliant service with Ric's wonderful attitude reminding me of an era of great service which I (sadly) thought had been left behind. This is clearly not the case with Long Ranger. Ric would not accept any offer of payment adding it was his pleasure (duty?) to get things right. A wonderful experience. Thanks Ric, from Alan & Jackie.
